The ALP: Full of "Factional Daleks"

Senator Robert Ray seems to think that the modern post Hawke, post Keating ALP has no need of a DLP to keep them from power — they're perfectly capable of doing that to themselves, keeping everyone inside the tent pissing on each other. I wish I knew what Peter Garrett has been doing since he got into parliament. Perhaps he's been enjoying the surf at Maroubra.
